STC TOUR POLICIES

Welcome to Sandhills Trolley Company! We are excited to have you join us for one of our many unique and fun tours. Before your journey begins, we would like to advise you of some of our safety rules, policies, and procedures. 

  1. For tours with children 12 and under, we ask that all children please sit in the center aisle next to a parent guardian (18 and over)with the guardian sitting closest to the open-air window. This is to ensure the safety of our little ones. 

  2. The trolley does not have child safety seats. We recommend children 2 and under not ride for this reason. However, if you do decide to bring your little ones, they may securely ride in your lap for the entirety of the cruise.  All children over the ages of 2 need a ticket to ride.

  3. We recommend children 2 and under not ride the trolley for this reason. If you do decide to bring your child, they may securely ride in your lap but they will need to remain there for the entirety of the cruise. Children over 2 will need a ticket for all cruises

  4. When the trolley is in motion, we ask that you remain seated and keep all hands, feet, and bags out of the center aisle. Some trolleys may make use of the center aisle during performances and games.

  5. For the safety of yourself and others, please do not discard any trash or objects, or hang body parts out of the open-air window. 

  6. We of course want you to have the BEST experience, in doing so, we ask that you please respect the STC team and other guests on the trolley. Those who become unruly, disrespectful, belligerent, or violent will be dropped off at the next stop and will be responsible for finding their own transportation. 

  7. Some of our tours are only for guests 21 years of age or older. A valid ID will be required and checked by our STC team to board the trolley. Those who do not provide a valid ID will be restricted from boarding and will not receive a refund. Once on board, we ask that you please drink responsibly. If you or an STC team member feel you need an Uber or ride home, our team will be happy to set one up for you

  8. You break it, you buy it. If you get sick or make a mess that causes damage to the trolley, you will be responsible for the costs of repairs. 

  9. Sandhills Trolley Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. 

  10. In dangerous weather conditions, an STC team member will be in touch through email or phone to either reschedule or refund your cruise. Dangerous weather includes: Icy roads, large quantities of snow, and tornado or hurricane conditions. 

  11. All tickets must be purchased online. Due to limited seating availability, date and time-specific tickets are non-refundable. We understand things come up and sickness happens, please reach out to us via email and we will do our best to transfer your tickets to the next available cruise.

  12. Chartered events have a minimum of 2-hour rental.
